Sample Smoking Policy

Benefits: Smoking is a hot issue in society today, and you as an employer need to make your stance on smoking in the workplace clear. In fact, some states have laws that require you to have a written smoking policy, to post that policy, and to designate certain areas as either smoking or nonsmoking areas.
